Policy

Delivery: Standard next day delivery for orders placed by 3.30 pm (Mon-Fri).
A courier fee of $10 (GST inclusive) applies to orders less than $100. Same day delivery for urgent orders can be arranged subject to a courier fee.

Returns: Defective or Damaged Goods. We offer replacement free of charge or a refund for the price paid plus the return courier fee.
Cancellation of Order-Not Faulty
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. Goods are to be returned unopened and in their original packaging. The return courier fee is payable by the customer. Non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
