1. What payment methods do you accept? Can I buy if I don’t have a credit card?

2. Why was my credit card declined?
If your credit card was not issued by an Australian Bank, or have an overseas internet connection, your credit card may be declined by our computer systems. If you run into a problem like this, please contact our customer service team and we will process your order manually.

SHIPPING HELP

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?
Orders received by 10am will be delivered the same day. Orders received by 3.30pm are delivered the next morning. Urgent orders can be arranged subject to a courier quotation. [Back To Top]
2.I’m missing some items in my delivery, what should I do?
You should check the ‘item has been sent’ email that we have sent to you for more instructions on how to trace your delivery’s status online. You will automatically receive this email once your order has been shipped. To help us serve you better, please ensure that all your details are correct when placing your order. If you still have not received your items within 7 days of it being shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.

3.Can I change my delivery address after I’ve completed my order?
Because we usually ship your items within 1-3 business days of your payment being received and processed, it is advisable to amend your mailing details as soon as possible after you have submitted payment for your order. You can do this by logging into your account and changing your shipping address.

4. Will I be notified once my order has been shipped?
For your convenience and peace of mind, Aussiecartridges automatically sends a notification e-mail once your order has been shipped from our warehouses. This e-mail contains important information regarding the shipping details (the carrier’s name and the name of the shipping service) as well as additional instructions on how to trace your delivery online.
